About Us

The University Underwater Club has been operating since 1968 and has steadily built up its resources, with a stable membership at around 100-200. The University of Western Australia Underwater Club (UWA UC) is affiliated with the UWA Sports and Recreation Association and the UWA Guild of Undergraduates. All University of WA Underwater Club members receive a UWA sports card as part of your dive club membership. Being a Uni club means that we have uni prices - but you don't have to be a student to join. In fact you don't have to have anything to do with UWA or any uni at all. The only requirements are that you are a qualified diver and want to have fun. Not a certified diver yet? Check out the courses we offer...
